Cook according to package directions in the oven. Cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a small bowl, blend cream cheese and Hidden Ranch dip mix. Spread over crescent rolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle chopped veggies on top.
