Add sugar and vanilla. Blend in bananas with a hand blender or mixer. Slowly add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. May add pecans, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoon into pre-greased and floured muffin pans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For icing:<\/strong> Mix together brown sugar and powdered sugar with rum flavoring and butter. Slowly stir in milk. Ice each cupcake generously. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This makes a wonderful Valentine\u2019s Day dessert!
